Smoking cigarettes isn’t just stupid. According to Doctor Mark Weiser of Tel Aviv University, smokers ARE stupid. They have an IQ about 7 points lower than non-smokers.

     Doctor Weiser collected data among 20,000 young men enlisted in the Israeli army. The typical non-smoker had an IQ of 101 points. But for those who admitted to smoking cigarettes on a daily basis, their intelligence dropped down to 94 IQ points. Pack-a-day smokers were even more stupid, with an IQ hovering at 90 points.

     For those skeptical about the results, Doctor Weiser measured twin bothers and the non-smoking twin always scored higher on the IQ tests than the twin who smoked.
